A recipient of the Prime Minister Youth Award, Chelsea is not just a name but a movement in herself, championing the "Girls Who Know Jamaica" initiative. This groundbreaking effort focuses on empowering young girls in Jamaica, equipping them with essential knowledge about their sexual and reproductive health rights.

Chelsea's life mantra, "be the change you wish to see in the world," is not just a saying but her lifeblood. It fuels her relentless pursuit of social reform, with a special focus on the global youth. Her academic journey is nothing short of impressive, graduating debt-free with honors from Kettering University, armed with expertise in Industrial Engineering and Statistics.

As the co-founder of Young and Thriving, Chelsea is reshaping the academic landscape, aiding students to excel while balancing their health and financial stability. Outside academia, she's a digital storyteller on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, sharing her experiences on balanced living and financial management, especially as a Jamaican international student.

Her next frontier? The tech industry. As a PM at Microsoft, Chelsea is set to merge her passion for AI with her advocacy for gender equality, aiming to engineer a future where both coexist harmoniously.
